The bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival, with hair left in the shower.

Our stay was fantastic! The room had a cozy TV corner and a microwave which made our late-night snacks a breeze. The breakfast selection was great too, with delicious biscuits and gravy that complemented our mornings perfectly.

The Flight of Jack Daniel's Tour was a highlight, giving us an amazing behind-the-scenes look at the distillery. We also enjoyed visiting Great Stage Park, which is home to the Bonnaroo Music Festival. This place is perfect for friends looking for fun adventures.

However, we did have a bit of an issue with room availability upon check-in, which was frustrating. We weren't given a clear explanation and felt a bit abandoned at midnight. It can be tough to deal with that kind of situation after a long day of traveling.

I really appreciated how close we were to both Ovoca Falls and the Staggerwing Museum, making it easy to fill our days with beautiful walks and fascinating sights during our stay.

We had a wonderful time at the nearby Jack Daniels Distillery, enjoying the Flight of Jack Daniel's Tour that opened up a behind-the-scenes look at how whiskey is made. The hotel itself was clean, and we took advantage of the good breakfast before heading out.

My kids wished the pool water was warmer for better enjoyment.
